This includes networks powered by the ECPay platform as well as our proprietary, in-house developed vending machines. This leadership role oversees digital ad space monetization, biller-specific promotion campaigns (e.g., P-Wallet, GCash, ShopeePay, Alipay cash-in incentives, and telco load discounts), and the daily hardware and logistical operational excellence of the machine fleet across nationwide Puregold and Puremart stores. Professional Experience & Education Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field. FinTech & Promotions Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or digital promotions within the FinTech, utility bills payment, or telecommunications sectors. Kiosk & Vending Operations: Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing interactive self-service payment terminals, smart vending networks, or proprietary kiosk hardware. Core FinTech & Technical Competencies Digital Promotions & Biller Campaigns Cross-Platform Marketing: Expertise in building promotional partnerships between digital cash-in platforms (GCash, ShopeePay, Maya), mobile loading networks (Globe, Smart, Dito), and physical kiosk UI touchpoints. UI/UX Ad Space Monetization: Competence in managing, pricing, and leasing digital advertising real estate on interactive machine screens for third-party brand advertisements. Data & Sales Analytics: Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess regional transactional trends (e.g., peak bills payment days versus casual mobile loading volumes) to deploy contextual flash promotions. ECPay Ecosystem & Proprietary Kiosk Management System Integration: Solid technical understanding of electronic consumer purchase networks, secure transaction pathways, and real-time ledger settlement systems for both ECPay and proprietary software. Hardware & Component Architecture: Strong operational knowledge of kiosk internal mechanics, including thermal receipt printers, encrypted bill acceptors, validation modules, and local network modems. Telemetry Monitoring: Hands-on experience utilizing custom terminal management dashboards to track real-time machine health, network connection latency, and software discrepancies. Day-to-Day Operations & Functional Skills Uptime & Network Maintenance: Proactive oversight of network connectivity, remote system troubleshooting, automated software updates, and rapid field technician deployment to maximize terminal uptime. Cash Management & Logistics: Coordinating cash collection sweeps, monitoring real-time transfer of funds, and managing replenishment schedules with cash-in-transit (CIT) partners to prevent machine downtime. Error Resolution Systems: Developing and implementing service level agreements (SLAs) to address automated hardware errors, including failed transactions, bill jams, out-of-paper alerts, and system time-outs.
