Digital Print Store Manager

Job Summary

We run an independent High Street print room providing our customers with a friendly, fast service with high quality end product. We are currently looking for an experienced person to work alongside the business owner and manage a small team. Candidate must have experience in operation of digital print machines, customer service and digital communications with clients. The successful candidate must have proven experience within a busy print room environment, operating varied small and large format printing machinery and print finishing equipment with a history of a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities:

Take briefs from clients by phone, email and face to face

Provide accurate quotations

Digital Print Operation

Binding & Finishing

Check and prepare artwork, making necessary amendments

Check accuracy of completed work to meet client’s expectations

A good understanding of the production process

Outsource work when needed

Monitor and re-order supplies when needed

Skills:

Ability to prioritise workload and be able to work calmly under pressure

Manage a small team within a busy environment

Good team player within a small team

Excellent attention to detail

Hardworking and efficient, and must have excellent organisational and communication skills

Holiday: 22 Days + Bank Holidays - Business Hours 9-5.30 Mon-Fri

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
