This role sits at the intersection of account/audit support and pre-sales — you'll help prepare audits and reports for existing brands while also supporting client discovery, pitch decks, and solutioning for new business. What you bring: Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta/social ads platforms, and basic SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical) Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs Basic understanding of email marketing (automation, segmentation, flows) Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Claude Cowork) for day-to-day work Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides skills — able to turn data into clean, client-ready decks Clear communication, strong client-facing presence, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Prior experience in requirement gathering, solutioning, or client servicing is a must If you enjoy translating data into insights, building solution decks, and working closely with sales and delivery teams, we'd love to hear from you.
