The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital advertising, real estate lead generation, social media management, and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage digital marketing campaigns for UAE real estate projects. - Run and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok campaigns. - Generate qualified real estate leads. - Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and ROI. - Create engaging content for real estate projects and properties. - Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion. - Analyze market trends and competitors. - Prepare regular marketing performance reports. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE. - Experience in the UAE real estate market is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Proven experience in real estate lead generation. - Good understanding of the Dubai/UAE property market. - Strong communication and analytical skills. - Ability to meet targets and work independently. Compensation: Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 Performance-based incentives may be offered based on experience and results.
