Duties - Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns on both social media and via direct email to reach target audiences effectively. - Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels that engage users and promote brand messaging. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Oversee website management using a content management system. - Design visually engaging graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing materials, social media posts, and digital ads. - Coordinate with our Technical Sales team to set up digital campaign management processes that align with overall marketing strategies. - Generate presentations and handouts for the sales team. Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. - Skilled in content creation and graphic design in Canva. - Technical proficiency in website management using Squarespace. - Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Constant Contact for executing targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and foster customer engagement. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; excellent communication skills are vital for collaboration across teams. - A proactive mindset with a passion for staying current on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
