The primary focus of this role is planning, launching, and scaling high ROI paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to generate qualified, high intent buyer and investor leads. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize paid lead-generation campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and TikTok Ads. - Target high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), local buyers, and international investors for off-plan and secondary market properties. - Continuously test ad creatives, copy, angles, hooks, and landing page funnels to improve conversion rates and lower CPL. - Implement robust tracking, conversion APIs, UTM tagging, and pixel setups to monitor data accuracy. - Track daily metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, lead-to-booking rates) and collaborate closely with the sales team to evaluate lead quality. - Manage ad spend effectively to ensure maximum ROAS. Requirements - 2+ years of hands on performance marketing experience exclusively or heavily focused on Dubai Real Estate. - Demonstrated track record of generating qualified leads for off plan and luxury property launches. - Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4). - Strong understanding of audience targeting (both GCC locals/expats and international investor corridors like UK, Europe, CIS, South Asia). - Ability to analyze CRM feedback and optimize campaigns based on sales conversion, not just raw lead count. - Basic understanding of landing page builders and funnel optimization.
