We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Success Representative to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. - Maintain consistent communication through calls, texts, and emails. - Provide clients with updates on projects, campaigns, and deliverables. - Coordinate with video editors, media buyers, developers, and internal team members. - Manage project timelines, deadlines, and task assignments. - Oversee client onboarding and collect necessary account access and materials. - Schedule video shoots, client meetings, and campaign launches. - Follow up with team members to ensure projects are completed on time. - Address client questions, concerns, and requests professionally. - Monitor client satisfaction and help improve retention. - Keep project management systems and client records organized. Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination. - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Comfortable communicating directly with business owners. - Experience with CRM and project management software is a plus. - Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
