We run paid campaigns for labels, managers and artists, and we're hiring the person who manages those clients day to day and keeps their campaigns performing. Most of this job is communication. You'll be on calls and in group chats with label and management teams, booking campaigns, keeping clients updated, and getting their ad accounts connected. A media buyer and our AI tooling handle setup, and you'll review and approve their work. Paid media here means music: traffic goes to Spotify and Apple Music, tour ticketing, vinyl and merch. We'll train you on the ad side. We're an early, fast-moving team, so the scope will grow. Beyond clients, you'll help with creative and with new projects as they come up. What you'll do - Manage 10–20 clients: calls, updates, extensions and renewals - Brief and approve campaign launches set up by our media buyer - Read Meta and TikTok Ads data and turn it into clear recommendations - Get client ad accounts, pages and pixels connected and working - Help build ad creative with our editors - Spot upsell moments, especially tour and vinyl campaigns Must-haves - 2+ years in music marketing, at a label, management company or music agency - Can navigate Meta Ads Manager and explain what the numbers mean - Fast, reliable responses to clients during the workday - Clear, confident writing and phone presence - Comfortable getting unblocked without daily check-ins Nice-to-haves - Paid social experience (Meta Ads) - TikTok Ads experience - Creative or editing skills To apply: send your resume and a few sentences on a campaign you managed: the goal, the result, and what you told the client.
