Our One Nadela Dental Group (ONDG) is a founder-led, growing multi-branch dental organization in the Philippines. This role supports two dental brands: ONDG in the Philippines and Hiraya Dental Group in the United States, under an explicit two-venture mandate. You'll lead day-to-day digital marketing across both brands, with Meta Ads as the core strength of the role. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn business priorities into practical campaigns, manage key acquisition channels, guide the creative team, and use performance data to improve results. You'll work closely with management on direction rather than being expected to operate as a standalone Head of Marketing. Key responsibilities - Translate business priorities into practical channel, campaign, audience, funnel, and growth plans for ONDG and Hiraya, in alignment with management direction - Own Meta Ads as the primary channel (setup, targeting, budgets, testing, optimization), with working competency across Google Ads and other paid channels to guide strategy - Monitor the path from awareness to inquiry to booked patient, identify practical funnel improvements, and coordinate with operations on lead handling and conversion - Track agreed KPIs, maintain practical reporting, interpret campaign/channel performance, and recommend what to scale, adjust, stop, or test next - Provide clear briefs, priorities, objectives, and feedback to the Content & Social Media Specialist and Multimedia Artist; coordinate execution across campaigns - Evaluate and guide direction across search/SEO, paid social, local search, lifecycle/CRM, partnerships, influencers, and other relevant acquisition opportunities as the brands grow - Work with internal systems/automation resources to improve lead-source tracking, dashboards, CRM workflows, and visibility into marketing contribution to revenue - Act as the confident, senior point of contact who can hold their ground on strategic direction, push back constructively when a client's instinct runs against the data, and guide non-marketing stakeholders toward the right call About you - Strong, demonstrable hands-on experience with Meta Ads specifically, plus practical (General understanding) experience with Google Ads, GA4, and broader multi-channel campaign management - Practical experience with paid media, campaign optimization, analytics, and lead-generation performance - Comfort working with core performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS/ROI, budgets, and campaign targets - Genuine depth in Meta Ads and comfortable both planning campaigns and getting into the platform and data - Strong, senior presence: someone who can lead the conversation with a client, not just take direction from one - Working knowledge across the broader digital marketing toolkit (Google Ads, SEO, CRM/lifecycle, analytics), enough to say "let's test this" with confidence, even without hands-on execution depth in every channel - Commercially minded and understands that Marketing should contribute to qualified demand, conversion, and sustainable growth, not just content output or engagement - Can prioritize effectively, make evidence-based recommendations, and operate with reasonable autonomy while staying aligned with management - AI literacy and practical proficiency are strongly preferred, including using AI to improve research, analysis, campaign development, testing, reporting, workflow efficiency, and decision support - Experience in healthcare, dental, multi-location services, local consumer businesses, or another performance-driven service category is an advantage, ideally with exposure to both Philippine and US markets (not essential), or at least US market experience Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
