Digital Marketing Lead

Verragio is a New York bridal and fine jewelry house. Every piece is crafted in our New York City workshop and sold through more than 200 authorized retailers worldwide.

We're looking for a performance-minded marketer to own our digital growth and help build our marketing team. We care more about what you can do than years on a resume. If you're talented, ambitious, and ready to commit, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

● Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok

● Build audience targeting strategies and grow traffic and conversions on our website

● Manage ad budgets and track ROAS, CAC, and funnel performance

● Run retailer co-op advertising programs, including campaign setup, budgets, and reporting, to grow their Verragio sales

● Improve SEO and organic traffic to our website

● Brief designers on ad creative based on what the data shows

● Own the marketing calendar and report results to leadership

● Help grow the marketing team

What We're Looking For

● Hands-on experience managing paid social and search budgets, with results to show

● Comfort with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and performance reporting

● Strong grasp of D2C funnels and audience targeting

● Analytical, organized, and comfortable making data-driven calls

● Confidence presenting results to leadership and retailers

● Jewelry, luxury, or fashion experience is a plus, not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
