Test and scale campaigns across audiences, creatives, formats and messaging to drive trials and paid conversions. Develop creative concepts and briefs for static and video ads. Monitor campaign performance, optimise acquisition costs, conversion rates and ROAS, and prepare performance reports. Build and refine audience segments based on customer profiles, platform data and market insights. Keep up with digital advertising trends, particularly in SaaS and fintech. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing / paid acquisition. Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads. Experience in SaaS or fintech marketing. Experience targeting US audiences is a strong advantage. Interest in finance, investing or trading is preferred. Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving and communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
