This role is office based only, working from our Preston showroom and offices. We would like a digital marketing executive to join our existing team that shares our passion and drive to help expand and improve our digital marketing across our websites. This will involve experience within SEO, Email marketing, Paid Search and Socials. *We are not expecting you to be a specialist in all areas and training and development will be provided. - Driving organic traffic growth and involved in strategic planning of Search campaigns - Pro-actively identifying opportunities for organic and paid search - Working closely with both our head of paid search and SEO to support wider activities. - Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities and improvements - Using a range of tools to audit, monitor, evaluate, report and address issues - Benchmarking SEO & Paid search performance - Improving email campaigns and customer journeys across all websites - Planning and scheduling content whilst also engaging and managing social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedin and Pinterest. - Liaising with influencers and our production agency for collaborations and shoot days. - Communicating progress and reporting results - Content planning and optimisation for new and existing pages/articles/socials - Keeping up to date with the latest news within the digital industry - Using design tools to a beginner level: Adobe Suite / Canva About You: As a positive and passionate individual, you will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, including some of the following: - Ability to demonstrate knowledge of SEO and paid search. - Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across teams. - Familiarity with ranking algorithms - Experience in using tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Google/Bing Ads, Google Search Console, Bing Webmasters, SEMrush, and more - Practical experience of on-site SEO, site visibility, and technical SEO audits - Experience with Paid ads across Google/Bing/Socials - Basic knowledge of HTML - Strong understanding of keyword analysis, organic search, paid search and reviewing competitors to compile reports of suggestions and improvements - Planning, sourcing, and analysis of link building initiatives - Planning sourcing and analysis of content strategy - Weekly & Monthly reporting - Knowledge and experience of social media, email marketing - Experience working with CMS platforms such as Magento and Wordpress Job Type: Full-time Pay: From £25,500.00 per year Benefits: - Casual dress - Company events - Company pension - Employee discount Ability to commute/relocate: - Preston PR2 2SH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
