This is primarily an execution-focused role, with a strong emphasis on content creation, video editing, social media creatives and campaign support. However, we are looking for someone who also understands paid advertising, lead generation and basic sales funnels, and who can gradually take more ownership of campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing lead while being responsible for turning ideas and campaigns into high-quality, engaging content. Key Responsibilities - Create engaging social media content, including short-form videos, reels, static posts and promotional creatives - Film and edit video content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels - Develop marketing creatives for paid advertising campaigns - Adapt and test different creative concepts, formats, hooks and messaging - Support the setup, monitoring and optimisation of paid campaigns, particularly Meta Ads - Understand campaign objectives, audiences, lead generation and conversion performance - Assist with website content and basic website updates - Support promotional campaigns, partnerships, offers and referral initiatives - Help develop materials that support sales and lead conversion - Monitor basic marketing and campaign performance and provide clear reporting - Step in to manage ongoing campaigns independently when required What We’re Looking For - Strong content creation and video editing skills - Experience creating content specifically for social media - Good understanding of paid social advertising, particularly Meta Ads - Ability to create content with a commercial objective — not just content that looks good - Basic understanding of lead generation, sales funnels and conversion - Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks - Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple ongoing projects - Willingness to test new ideas and improve based on performance data Preferred Skills Experience with some of the following would be an advantage: - Meta Ads Manager - Canva - CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software - Instagram and Facebook content management - WordPress or basic website content management - Google Ads - CRM / lead management systems About the Role The role will initially focus heavily on content creation, video editing and marketing execution , working alongside our existing marketing lead. For the right person, there will be an opportunity to take increasing responsibility for paid campaigns, lead generation and broader digital marketing activities. We are looking for someone who enjoys actually creating, testing and executing, rather than only planning marketing strategy.
