The candidate will be responsible for providing L1 support for business applications, application troubleshooting, user support, incident management, monitoring, and coordination with application owners and vendors. Experience: 2+ Years Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, or equivalent Job Responsibilities Provide L1 support for business and digital applications such as FA FLO, SAP Fiori, TSI, Bizom, Concur, and Dealer Saathi . Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot business applications. Provide user support for application login, access, passwords, and account-related issues. Monitor application availability and report issues as per defined procedures. Manage application incidents, service requests, and tickets through the ITSM system. Perform basic log analysis and application connectivity troubleshooting. Coordinate with users, application owners, and vendors for issue resolution. Escalate complex or recurring application issues to the appropriate L2/application support team. Monitor SLA adherence and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests. Support UAT, application changes, upgrades, and deployments as required. Perform basic data and report validation. Provide remote and onsite application support. Maintain application documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and support records. Understand business processes and provide appropriate application-related support. Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
