The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality patient inquiries, improve lead conversion, and maximize return on advertising spend. Key Responsibilities Launch paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms. Generate qualified leads while optimizing cost per lead, cost per appointment, and return on advertising spend. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, video editors, and the marketing manager to develop high-performing advertising creatives. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, ad placements, and creatives. Coordinate with the call centre team to improve lead quality, response time, appointment conversion, and campaign outcomes. Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform changes, healthcare marketing practices, and competitor activities. Requirements Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, preferably in the medical, aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, longevity, or beauty industry. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and optimize campaigns based on measurable business results. Good understanding of conversion tracking, campaign analytics, audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM integrations is an advantage. Ability to analyze data, identify campaign weaknesses, and implement corrective actions. Knowledge of healthcare advertising requirements in the UAE is highly preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and proven results.
