The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the healthcare sector (Medical Centers/Clinics), with a strong ability to manage all social media pages and google ad campaigns across Social Media and Ads. Key Responsibilities: Ad Campaigns: Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all social media platforms (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat). Google Ads: Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) to drive patient leads and clinic bookings. Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations of all social media pages, including content scheduling, community management . Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR) and provide weekly/monthly actionable reports. Content & Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy in both Arabic and English tailored to the healthcare audience editing posts , videos and photos . . Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with Department of Health (DOH) advertising guidelines. Requirements: Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or Ads Specialist, specifically within Medical Centers, Clinics, or the Healthcare sector. Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Social Media Ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Fluent in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory. Female candidates are preferred for this role. Currently residing in the UAE Abu Dhabi . What We Offer: Competitive salary (Based on experience). Health Insurance. Visa and annual leave as per UAE labor law. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
