Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manual Die Cutting Machine Operator to operate manual platen die-cutting machines for folding cartons, food packaging, rigid boxes, and other paperboard packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual die-cutting and creasing machines safely and efficiently.
• Install, align, and adjust cutting dies and creasing rules.
• Select appropriate creasing matrix and channel sizes based on paperboard thickness and GSM.
• Adjust machine pressure, registration, and cutting depth to achieve accurate results.
• Handle various materials, including 250–600 GSM paperboard, corrugated sheets, and laminated boards.
• Ensure clean cutting, accurate creasing, and proper folding without cracking.
• Inspect finished sheets for quality, alignment, and defects.
• Maintain daily production targets while minimizing material waste.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
• Report machine problems immediately to the Production Manager.
• Follow all machine safety procedures, including guarding and safe hand placement

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
