Diabetic Consultant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Diabetic Consultant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diabetes management, patient education, and clinical support, with a focus on improving patient outcomes through personalized care. As a Diabetic Consultant, you will provide expert guidance on diabetes treatment plans, support patients in managing their condition effectively, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients with diabetes to develop tailored management strategies.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and self-monitoring techniques.
• Demonstrate and explain diabetes-related products and devices through product demos to healthcare providers and patients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clinics to promote diabetes management solutions.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal treatment plans are implemented and followed.
• Provide technical sales support by presenting product features, benefits, and clinical evidence during B2B meetings.
• Analyze patient data and feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
• Lead training sessions for healthcare staff on new diabetes management tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare consulting with a focus on diabetes or chronic disease management.
• Strong negotiation, account management, and outside sales skills to develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing client relationships and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in analysis skills to interpret clinical data and sales metrics effectively.
• Knowledge of diabetes products, devices, and treatment protocols is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint for presentations and reporting purposes.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple client accounts and scheduling product demonstrations efficiently.
