DevOps/Platform Engineer
# DevOps/Platform Engineer **ANALOG** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Analog is building the connective tissue between humans, cities, and technology: robots deployed in hospitals, live spatial intelligence for entire cities, holographic sports experiences built with a top motorsport team. None of that ships without infrastructure that just works. We run microservices across half a dozen languages (Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript) alongside Unity applications powering real-time, spatial experiences, and every one of those teams depends on pipelines that are fast, secure, and boring in the best way. That's where you come in. What we're looking for, and why We're looking for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from making other engineers' lives easier, who'd rather fix the thing that causes five tickets a week than triage each one by hand. As we take on more contracts and more teams ship in parallel, our delivery systems need to scale with us, and we need someone who can own that evolution end to end, not just maintain what's already there. What you'll be working on - Designing, building, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) across microservices and Unity applications - Building reusable pipeline templates so teams aren't reinventing the same workflow in every repo - Weaving security into delivery itself: SAST/DAST, dependency and secret scanning, SBOM generation - Making builds faster through smarter caching and parallelization - Leveling up release automation: versioning, approvals, migrations, feature flags, release notes - Partnering directly with engineers to improve their day-to-day: local dev parity, preview environments, PR checks, AI-assisted workflows - Building real observability around pipelines and deployments, metrics, logs, alerts, dashboards that actually get looked at - Being there when a deployment or release goes sideways - Keeping an eye on the broader tooling landscape so our stack stays modern, not just familiar What makes this role different Engineering here is flat. No tech leads, no layers between you and a decision. If you see a better way to build something, you build it, you don't pitch it up a chain and wait. And this isn't infrastructure in the abstract: the services you're supporting ship into robots working hospital floors, live shows choreographed across a city skyline, and holographic experiences built with an actual race team. You'll feel the difference your pipelines make, because the thing on the other end of them is real. Skills we need - 3+ years in DevEx, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering - Strong scripting and automation chops (Bash plus one of Node, Go, or Python) - Deep, hands-on GitHub Actions experience - Comfortable debugging anywhere: CI logs, build systems, runtime environments - Strong with containers (Docker) and hands-on with Kubernetes - Real experience deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), including IAM and networking - Infrastructure-as-code experience, Terraform preferred Nice to have: - Monorepos and advanced build systems (Bazel, Nx, Turborepo, Pants) - Administering GitHub Enterprise Server (self-hosted) - Administering self-hosted JFrog Artifactory and related tooling - Supply chain security: SLSA, Sigstore, provenance, signing, attestations - Observability tooling: Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry What we're not looking for If you need a thick layer of process before you'll touch a system, or you'd rather write the runbook than be the person who shows up when something breaks, this won't be a fit. Same if you're looking for a fully remote, async-first setup, we build this in person, together, in Abu Dhabi.
