Improving reliability and quality of our application (automation, monitoring, alerting, security, RCA etc.). Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot and resolve environment / middleware technical issues efficiently. Reducing time-to-market by implementing CI/CD pipelines wherever possible. Working closely with application teams, infrastructure and production teams to deliver vulnerability, obsolesce remediation. Managing technical issues, escalations and ensuring good level of delivery. Maintain, improve and standardize existing workflow processes and framework. Promoting knowledge sharing within the organization (trainings, documentation, etc.). Bridge the gap between Dev and Ops on operations side. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field, coupled with relevant industry certification, will be advantageous. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, application services. Technical : Basic/intermediate knowledge of databases concepts / scripting (SQL Server, PostgreSQL preferred). Proficient in git. Hand-on experience with Java technology stack, SpringBoot ecosystem. Basic/intermediate experience with ELK Proficient in Docker & Kubernetes. Hand-on experience Prometheus / Grafana. Good knowledge of Linux. Knowledge of ITIL. Good understating of asynchronous systems and message brokers (e.g. Kafka). Nice to Have: Cloud ops experience (AWS, GPC, etc). Atlassian Bamboo / Jenkins / GitLab runners. Experience working in the financial industry or a similarly regulated environment. Programming or scripting skills for automation purpose is a plus. KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD.
