What you'll do Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring availability, scalability, and security. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high quality standards. Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and/or Bicep. Monitor system health, performance, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers. Collaborate closely with Software Engineers to improve deployment processes, observability, and platform reliability. Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes. Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes. Champion DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across the engineering team. Contribute to disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives. Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production incidents. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles. Daily use of AI tools to improve productivity, troubleshooting, automation, and delivery efficiency. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Technical Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates). Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with monitoring and observability tools. Good understanding of networking, security, identity management, and cloud governance. Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Familiarity with Git workflows and modern software delivery practices. Knowledge of FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and platform security is a plus.
