You will act as a bridge between development and operations, ensuring our AI platforms and software applications run reliably, securely, efficiently, and at scale. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS. - Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins. - Containerize and orchestrate applications and services using Docker and Kubernetes. - Monitor system health, performance, availability, and uptime using tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus. - Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible. - Collaborate with development and AI teams to streamline deployment workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards. - Manage databases, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning. - Troubleshoot production issues, respond to incidents, and conduct root-cause analysis and post-mortems. - Continuously improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. Requirements - 2+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role. - Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. - Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or equivalent. - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent). - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, SSL/TLS, and cloud security. - Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have - Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workloads, or AI model deployment. - Familiarity with PHP, Node.js, and modern web application deployment environments. - Experience deploying and managing multi-tenant SaaS platforms. - Experience with cloud cost optimization and infrastructure automation. - Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or equivalent).
