This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects within a fast-paced, collaborative setting. As a key leader, you will drive the development of enterprise software solutions, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that project goals align with organizational objectives. Your expertise will help shape the future of our design and development initiatives, empowering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively. Duties Create the Design Centre Project Option Matrix Catalogue, Project Flex Plan Matrix, Project OptionSet Up. Collect and review all Design Centre readiness related information, including project drawings (blacklines and working drawings, cabinet shop drawings), sittings, window calculations, spec sheets for the project binder, to ensure accuracy when required. Validate and maintain keys/options once created in NEWSTAR, including option change requests and new options. Run Options Catalogue, maintain as necessary. Ensure the catalogue has room naming, material descriptions, option descriptions and prices shown accurately. Lead on validation of testing selections/simulation prior to Design Centre appointments. Review and validate all selection files once finalized by Design Centre consultants to ensure accuracy, with all options in their correct categories, ensuring pricings are complete, notations and revisions are shown on the plan as requested. Liaise with NEWSTAR & Upgrades Estimating teams on any system or option issues, create and submit tickets (keys firing, options available for selection, etc.) for solutions Analyze and apply margins to trade cost to establish retail prices on catalogue and custom options. Enter custom option costs in system, and issue stage of selection for construction release. Work closely with Design Centre consultants and send out weekly notes to ensure work accuracy and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Point of contact for construction team and trades when site issues arise, and respond accordingly in a timely manner. Create and run reports as needed . Organize and execute Design Centre Orientations, including preparing project specific material for homeowners, contact catering services and rental suppliers, establishing and monitoring the budget.
