Installing and updating antivirus software. : Configuring and troubleshooting mail clients like Outlook. : Regular system maintenance to prevent issues. : Keeping track of IT assets. Updating daily reports to the Key Technical Account Manager. : Installation and maintenance of operating systems on servers. Using backup software for data protection. Configuring wired and wireless networks. : Installing security patches for OS and applications. : Diagnosing and resolving server issues. : Advising on IT solutions based on customer requirements. : Coordinating with vendors for hardware and software needs. : Designing network and system configurations as per customer requirements. : Implementing new technologies based on customer needs - Establishes and maintains network performance. - Builds net configurations and connections. - Troubleshoots network problems. - IP address auditing.
