The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities - Provide onsite/desk-side technical support to end users. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity-related issues. - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. - Handle user incidents and service requests through the IT Service Desk/ticketing system. - Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows, Microsoft Office, and other business applications. - Support user account, password, and access-related issues. - Maintain IT assets and ensure proper documentation of assigned equipment. - Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate L2/L3 support teams. - Follow IT support procedures, SLA requirements, and security guidelines. - Communicate effectively with users in English and the required additional language. Required Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Service Desk, or a similar role. - Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic hardware troubleshooting . - Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting. - Experience with IT ticketing/service management tools. - Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and customer-service skills. - Ability to work onsite in Bucharest, Romania .
