Location: 30-30 Thomson avenue Long Island City, NY 11101 Responsibilities - Serve as DDC's onsite point of contact for communication, changes and issue resolution; the SOW requires this person to stay on site for the full deployment. - Lead and schedule the technicians daily, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. - Supervise imaging in the DDC staging area using the DDC image and SCCM, and confirm validation for every device. - Maintain the imaging log by serial number and asset tag (supports D2). - Direct desk-side installs per DDC instructions and oversee per-user verification of login, profile, image and Windows 11 currency (supports D3). - Triage and resolve deployment exceptions; escalate to DDC T&I when needed. - Oversee legacy equipment removal, chain-of-custody documentation and the itemized relinquishment report (supports D4). - Report daily progress to the Project Manager II and DDC. Qualifications - 3+ years of desktop support or deployment experience, including team lead experience. - Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM imaging, Windows 11 and Dell hardware. - Experience with asset tracking and chain-of-custody processes. - CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft Endpoint/Desktop certification preferred. Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
