This role is ideal for a confident, organized, people-oriented professional who thrives in consultative sales, not pressure tactics. You’ll work with homeowners, designers, and builders, helping them select the right flooring for their space — backed by premium products, strong systems, and high-quality inbound leads. What You’ll Do Consult with customers in a showroom setting to guide flooring and design decisions Build trust and close sales through education, not pressure Manage inbound leads and follow up consistently Oversee projects from first visit through completion Coordinate with warehouse and support teams to deliver 5-star experiences Stay organized using CRM and internal systems Conduct sampling sessions and personalized design consultations Who We’re Looking For Proven sales experience (flooring, design, retail, or home services preferred) Confident, professional communicator (face-to-face) Organized and detail-driven Self-motivated with strong follow-through Comfortable working toward performance-based income No flooring experience required — paid training provided *This is not a passive retail role. Ideal candidates enjoy ownership, accountability, and closing deals.
