To learn more about Goedecke Design Center in Bedford, NH check out: www.goedeckedecorating.com Why You'll Love It Here: Hourly Rate: $25 to $36 (based on experience) 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday to Saturday: 8:30 am-5 pm) Candidates should be able to work 2 Saturdays per month 2-4 weeks paid training & mentorship program Flexible Scheduling Medical & Dental Cost-Sharing Benefits Retirement Plan w/up to 3% company contribution Annual profit sharing (after 12 months of employment) Company laptop will be provided Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays & Time Off Company vehicle available for client related tasks Travel Reimbursement for client related tasks (mileage) Discounts on products & services Potential for growth within organization Employee appreciation days & team building activities Day-to-Day Tasks: Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering great customer experiences Build genuine relationships with new & existing customers Schedule appointments for client design consultations Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided Measure spaces for flooring and/or window treatments (ladders will be utilized), estimate materials, present proposals, product suggestions, manage payments, enter data in POS & oversee project quality Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes + photos Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability & order materials Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend What We're Looking For: 3+ years' proven work experience in Showroom Sales, Window Treatment Sales, Furniture Sales, Remodel Sales, or similar role Interior design or similar degree a plus, or 5+ years of interior design experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Fundamental tech, social media & math skills Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities Quick to help customers get what they need Ability to achieve sales goals effectively Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority Time management skills & detailed oriented Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required - willing to train How to Apply: Use the response option in this job board Attach an up-to-date resume outlining your experience for the position A cover letter is always appreciated No emails or phone calls to the showroom Do not personally deliver resumes to the showroom *Qualified candidates will be contacted by email to schedule a phone interview* Goedecke Design Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer
