My expertise spans geotechnical engineering, deep excavations, tunnelling, the Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS), viaducts, foundation engineering, and underground infrastructure. I hold a Master of Science (Civil Engineering) – Specialist in Geotechnical from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Throughout my career, I have been involved in the planning, analysis, design, design review, and construction support of complex geotechnical and underground engineering projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. My core competencies include geotechnical investigation and interpretation, excavation support systems, retaining structures, foundation engineering, tunnelling, DTSS, viaduct-related geotechnical works, temporary works, numerical analysis, design verification, risk assessment, and multidisciplinary coordination with clients, contractors, and government authorities.
