The ideal candidate should have practical experience in HVAC design and drafting and site coordination, good knowledge of AutoCAD, and the ability to support HVAC projects. Minimum 2 year GCC experience is mandatory and Driving License is prefered. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with architectural consultants, interior designers, project managers to discuss project requirements, design coordination, and project progress. Hvac Design and site coordination Monitoring work progress and working closely in particular with the Project manager. Supervising the work ensuring compliance with contract provisions. Prepare material submittal for the project as per consultant material specification. Ensure that all statutory requirements are met according to the calendar deadlines for all local authority requirements Monitoring the works inspection and submittal process Project should be handled and completed on time, without faulty workmanship and without materials wastage/shortage. Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of works. Maintaining records of tests performed and works executed. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 year GCC Experience is mandatory Design & Drafting experience Excellent AutoCAD knowledge HVAC Design experience Driving license is prefered Immediate joiners are prefered Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you currently available in UAE?
