Design Engineer (Front-end)
- Strong frontend engineering skills: React, TypeScript, modern CSS (Tailwind a plus), and solid HTML/accessibility fundamentals
- A real design eye: you can tell good typography, spacing, hierarchy, and motion from mediocre, and you can produce it
- Comfort in Figma, both reading designs and creating them
- Experience shipping production web apps, ideally with Next.js
- Self-directed, strong written communication, and able to thrive in an async remote team
- Professional working English
- Design and build patient-facing web funnels and landing pages that convert, then measure and iterate on them
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, accessible React components
- Own the visual and interaction quality of features across web and mobile, including animation and micro-interactions
- Build and extend a shared component library and design system
- Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to turn ideas into shipped experiences, often working solo from concept to launch
- Run and read split tests, use analytics to inform design decisions, and keep improving what's live
- React Native / Expo for mobile, experience with A/B testing and product analytics (PostHog, etc.), and conversion-focused landing page work
