Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate facade designs into overall building plans. Technical Expertise: Conduct thorough research on materials and technologies for facade systems, including sustainable options. Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino) to produce accurate and detailed drawings. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Coordinate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare documentation and presentations for regulatory approvals and stakeholder reviews. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and design solutions. Present design concepts and modifications to clients and project teams effectively. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
