We are seeking a high-performing, client-focused Design Consultant to drive sales by guiding Chicagoland homeowners from initial concept to stunning 3D design reality. What You’ll Do In-home consultations: Connect with prospective clients to understand their lifestyle, measure their spaces, and uncover their design needs. 3D designs: Utilize our design software (full paid training provided) to build immersive visual presentations that bring the client’s ideal home to life. Close high-ticket sales: Present custom proposals and pricing, seamlessly managing the sales cycle to consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals. Ensure flawless execution: Finalize detailed material specs and collaborate with our installation crew to guarantee a pristine installation. Master the product: Stay ahead of home organization trends, finishes, and hardware to serve as the ultimate design authority for your clients. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales success: Background in interior design, luxury home improvement, or high-end retail preferred. Proven closer: Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding targets in a commission-driven environment. Aesthetic & technical eye: Openness and motivation to master technical 3D design software through provided training. Client-first mentality: Outstanding communication, polished presentation skills, and a genuine passion for elevated customer service. Compensation This is a full-time, commission-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. 10% Commission (Average) 4 month training pay: $1,000 per week Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid training Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chicago, IL 60618 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to client homes.
