Design Architect-Mid-Level

Next Engineering Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and creative Mid–Senior Design Architect with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team at the Dubai Main Office . The ideal candidate will have strong design capabilities, solid technical knowledge, and proven experience in delivering high-quality architectural projects, particularly high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead concept design development and propose innovative architectural solutions.
• Prepare architectural drawings, design presentations, and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering disciplines, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, compliance with applicable codes and standards, and timely project delivery.
• Mentor junior architects and support project teams throughout all project stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 6–8 years of relevant architectural design experience.
• Proven experience in high-rise and super high-rise projects .
• Strong proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• High level of creativity, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
