We are looking for a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our growing clinical team and help establish the clinical standards and patient experience of the Dermis 365 brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dermatology consultations, diagnose conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide medical and aesthetic dermatology treatments for skin, hair and body concerns.
• Perform dermatological procedures, including laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP/GFC and injectables, within qualifications and training.
• Supervise and guide aestheticians and nursing staff during delegated clinical procedures.
• Ensure patient safety, treatment efficacy and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, risks and aftercare to patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation and informed consent.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and manage follow-up consultations.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, equipment safety and clinical SOPs.
• Work closely with the Area Medical Head (AMH) and Area Operations Manager (AOM).
• Participate in clinical training, case discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• MBBS with MD / DNB / DVD / DDVL in Dermatology.
• Valid Karnataka Medical Council registration.
• 1–6+ years of experience in dermatology or aesthetic dermatology.
• Practical experience in lasers, chemical peels, injectables and advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols, patient safety and treatment documentation.
• Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
• Passionate, energetic, patient-focused and professionally responsible.
• Strong commitment to ethical medical practice and evidence-based treatment recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 14.0 per week
