Deputy Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities: Support the Warehouse Manager in managing daily warehouse operations. Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock control. Monitor stock movements, transfers, and reconciliations. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Coordinate with Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, and other related departments. Follow up on damaged, slow-moving, and aging stock. Ensure proper documentation and accurate system transactions. Support cycle counts and periodic physical inventory. Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and operational efficiency. Prepare and review warehouse reports and highlight any discrepancies or operational issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification. 5+ years of warehouse experience , preferably in Retail, Distribution, FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, or Consumer Goods. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role . Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. Good experience with ERP systems and Excel. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational priorities. Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
