Oversee end-to-end project and programme delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and technical standards. Lead solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and technical proposal development for pre-sales and tender opportunities. Design scalable and secure solutions using modern architectures, cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and integration technologies. Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Lead, coach, and mentor Technical Leads, Software Engineers, and delivery teams. Establish engineering standards, coding practices, architecture guidelines, code review processes, and Agile delivery practices. Act as the senior technical escalation point for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Manage project financials, resource utilisation, margins, risks, and delivery forecasts. Provide senior management with updates on project portfolio health, delivery status, technical risks, and resource requirements. Support business development, pre-sales presentations, tender responses, and solution proposals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 12 years of experience in software development, IT, or technology delivery. At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership, software delivery, and people management . Strong software development background with expertise in: ReactJS, .NET or NodeJS Strong understanding of: Software architecture and system design Microservices and API-based architectures AWS and/or Microsoft Azure Cloud-native application development DevOps and CI/CD Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies Proven experience managing large-scale application development and deployment projects. Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
