The ideal candidate has strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills , with experience in a fast-paced operational environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision & Leadership Assist in supervising, training, coaching, and evaluating operations staff. Conduct shift briefings and coordinate daily task assignments. Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement. Assume leadership of the Operations Department in the absence of the Operations Supervisor. Promote effective communication and teamwork among department teams. Operational Management Monitor daily workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Oversee the workflow, performance, and daily activities of operations sub-teams. Coordinate between teams to resolve operational issues. Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Handle operational escalations and assist with decision-making when needed. Performance & Reporting Track KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, quality, and downtime. Assist in preparing operational reports for upper management. Conduct regular performance and quality checks. Identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate improvement measures. QUALIFICATIONS Philippine passport holder Mandarin-speaking / bilingual Filipino with strong English communication skills Proven experience in team supervision, operations, or people management Strong leadership and communication skills Experience managing or coordinating a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Able to work in a fast-paced and shifting environment Willing to work 6 days per week with rotating shifts iGaming/online gaming experience is highly preferred BPO, customer service, hospitality, or similar operations experience is also welcome Can start ASAP COMPENSATION Open Budget — Salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the position.
