Review and optimize production plans, cost structures, budgets, inventory policies, and logistics performance. Monitor KPIs, analyze cost and budget variances, and propose improvement actions for efficiency and cost reduction. Manage supplier and service provider performance and support risk management to ensure stable supply and delivery. Review key payment, procurement, logistics, import/export, and insurance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead, guide, and develop staff by assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
