Attractive welfare benefits – (Additional leave, Birthday leave, Eldercare leave, Annual Executive Health Screening, etc) Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager/ Director in managing and coordinating overall project activities, including project management, site supervision, and risk control, to ensure project objectives are achieved Support the PD in overseeing project execution and site operations, monitoring progress closely to ensure timely completion within budget and project requirements Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve project-related issues Assist in implementing effective cost control measures, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to project schedules Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the latest Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act provisions throughout all stages of the project Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant authorities' requirements, regulations, and statutory obligations Assist the PD in identifying and managing project risks, delays, and other potential issues Requirements Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (certificates recognized by the PE Board) Has relevant experience in infrastructure projects, e.g. construction of underpasses, ramps, cut & cover tunnels, roads, rail and airport project.
