Provide overall operational direction to Project Managers, MEP Managers, Engineers and site teams. Monitor project progress, manpower, productivity, resources, procurement and material requirements. Ensure projects are delivered according to approved programme, budget, quality and HSE requirements . Review project performance and identify delays, risks and operational issues. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to resolve project-related issues. Ensure effective coordination between HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP disciplines . Review project budgets, costs, variations, subcontractor performance and commercial matters. Support Project Managers in resolving technical, contractual and operational challenges. Monitor manpower and equipment allocation across projects and optimise resources where required. Ensure proper planning and timely procurement of MEP materials and equipment. Review project KPIs, progress reports and operational performance. Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management. Support tender/project handover and ensure smooth mobilisation and execution. Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, QA/QC procedures and HSE standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants and business partners. Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity and operational efficiency. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . 12–18+ years of MEP experience , preferably with a major MEP contractor. Strong experience in MEP contracting and project execution . Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously . Experience managing Project Managers, MEP Managers, Engineers and large site teams. Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems . Experience with major commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, procurement and resource management. Good understanding of contracts, variations and subcontractor management. Strong client and consultant coordination skills. UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Pay: AED38,000.00 - AED42,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have 15+ years of MEP experience?
