The role will ensure smooth operational execution while driving business growth, profitability, and outlet performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets and ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards. Monitor sales, profitability, manpower, customer service, food & beverage quality, and outlet performance. Work closely with Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, and outlet teams to resolve operational challenges. Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions. 2. Business Development Identify new business opportunities, locations, partnerships, and revenue streams. Support new outlet expansion, feasibility studies, and pre-opening activities. Develop strategies to improve sales, customer acquisition, and overall business performance. Coordinate with internal teams for new projects, launches, and business initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments. 3. Licensing & Compliance Track and renew statutory licenses including FSSAI, Health, Excise/Liquor, Fire, Shop & Establishment, and Trade Licenses. Maintain a master license tracker with advance renewal alerts. Coordinate with legal counsel, consultants, and government authorities for inspections, notices, and regulatory matters. 4. Administration & Facilities Coordinate with Maintenance, IT, HR, Finance, and Operations teams for outlet-related requirements. Oversee AMC contracts including AC, refrigeration, fire safety, pest control, water purifiers, and other facilities. Coordinate with landlords/mall management for NOCs, utilities, structural issues, and other administrative matters. 5. Vendor & Contract Management Manage vendor empanelment, negotiations, contracts, renewals, and performance. Coordinate with vendors for security, housekeeping, POS/software, uniforms, printing, maintenance, and other operational requirements. Review commercial terms and identify potential contractual or operational risks. 6. Financial & Commercial Control Monitor outlet sales, expenses, utility costs, wastage, and operational profitability. Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for utility bills, vendor payments, and approvals. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising operational quality. 7. New Outlet & Project Support Lead administrative and operational coordination for new outlet openings. Coordinate licensing, utilities, NOCs, vendors, manpower, equipment, and pre-opening requirements. Ensure timely completion of pre-opening activities. 8. Reporting & Management Coordination Act as a key coordination point between Head Office, Area Managers, outlet teams, vendors, landlords, and external agencies. Prepare periodic reports on outlet performance, licenses, maintenance, vendors, business development, and operational issues. Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Requirements Graduate in any stream; MBA/PG in Administration, Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred. 8–12 years of experience in hospitality, QSR, restaurants, retail, or a similar multi-location business. Strong experience in operations management and business development. Good knowledge of FSSAI, Excise/Liquor, municipal licensing, and statutory compliance. Strong understanding of P&L, sales, cost control, and business performance. Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools. Strong vendor negotiation, stakeholder management, and government liaison skills. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities. Liquor/Brewery knowledge will be an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple outlets and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Mumbai candidates preferred. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
