Interested? Talk to us. Your responsibilities: Oversee talent acquisition and C&B operations when necessary. Support performance management for Vietnam and other countries. Coordinate and improve HR processes, procedures, best practices, Oracle/HRIS, and HR dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Support the HR Senior Manager with HR reports and projects. Your qualifications: University graduates in Human Resource Management/Accounting or equivalent. Proficient in MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook ...). Pay close attention to detail and have strong personal responsibility. Quick learner, high integrity, proactiveness, accountability. Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Good written and spoken English. Comfortable using or learning new management systems. At least 8 years of experience in HR. Proven 3 years of experience coaching and supervising HR team members. Nice to have: Experience with HR systems such as Cadena and Oracle HCM is a plus. Head-hunting recruitment skills are a plus.
