What you’ll do - Support in planning, coordinating and executing software deployments across development, staging and production environments - Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments - Configure and maintain deployment environments, infrastructure and supporting tools (containers, orchestration, cloud services) - Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases - Automate repetitive deployment tasks and improve release efficiency and reliability - Document deployment procedures and infrastructure configurations - Manage release processes, including versioning, change management and rollback strategies - Monitor deployments in real time, troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability post-release - Continuously evaluate and improve deployment processes, tools, and best practices What you need to be successful - At least 6 years of hands-on experience with software deployment, release management and CI/CD pipelines - Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools with Azure DevOps (other examples e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.) - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience with cloud platforms preferably AZURE (AWS and GCP are a bonus) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.) - Solid understanding of version control (Git), branching strategies and artifact management - Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues across application, infrastructure and networking layers - Knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tools used during and after deployments - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with development, QA and operations teams - Attention to detail, risk awareness, and a structured approach to change management - Continuous-learning mindset to stay current with modern deployment practices and tools What we offer you to be successful - Enjoy a flexible working environment with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model, depending on project needs. - Collaborate with global technology leaders, delivering innovative solutions to industry giants such as Intel, NXP, Panasonic, Visteon, Carrefour, Windriver, Kardex, METRO Digital, and many more. - Benefit from profit-sharing programs that reward you for identifying new business opportunities. - Receive support from Technical Project Managers and HR representatives to guide your professional growth. - Be part of a connected community, fostering collaboration through ongoing learning, project rotations, and idea incubation.
