What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ Years in Management, Assistant Management, or Supervisory roles (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or similar)
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving store KPIs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
• A competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Uncapped Earnings Potential (Basic Salary + Unlimited Commission)

• Year One Average Total Compensation: €45K+
• Year Two Average Total Compensation: €75K+
