Dental Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Dental Marketing Coordinator and play a vital role in elevating our dental practice’s brand presence and patient engagement.

You will oversee the office's B2B marketing operations and also act as a brand ambassador in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice marketing efforts
• Deliver referral pads, referral appreciation gifts on a regular schedule
• Efficient route planning for referral gift drop offs
• Creating/editing print materials for distribution

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or hospitality environments
• Strong communications skills and outgoing personality
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude AI tools, Canva
• Prior dental management/assisting experience a plus but not required

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
