We need someone who understands Deluge scripting, can connect Zoho with other systems, and enjoys finding ways to automate and improve business processes. You’ll work directly on developing our CRM, creating custom workflows, integrating applications, and building solutions that help our team work more efficiently. We’re also looking for someone who knows how to use AI tools like Claude to accelerate development, troubleshoot problems, and build better solutions. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects and help shape the technology that powers our law firm. Responsibilities - Develop and customize Zoho CRM using Deluge scripting, custom functions, workflows, modules, and automation. - Build and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM and other applications using APIs and webhooks. - Help design and build a CRM system that supports our law firm’s operations, from intake through case management and resolution. - Automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and reduce manual data entry. - Troubleshoot issues, improve existing functionality, and identify opportunities to make our CRM more efficient. - Use AI development tools, including Claude and similar platforms, to write and improve code, solve problems, and accelerate development. - Work with our team to understand business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions. - Document custom functions, integrations, and workflows so the system can be maintained and expanded over time. Qualifications - Hands-on experience developing in Zoho CRM and using Deluge. - Experience building custom functions, workflows, automations, and CRM integrations. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data mapping. - Experience connecting Zoho to third-party applications and troubleshooting integration issues. - Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to assist with coding, debugging, and solution development. - Able to work independently, solve problems, and turn business requirements into working solutions. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with other Zoho applications, such as Zoho Desk, Zoho Forms, Zoho Creator, or Zoho Analytics. - Experience with JavaScript, SQL, or other programming languages. - Experience with Git or other version control tools. - Experience building CRM systems for law firms, professional services businesses, or other process-driven organizations. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should have strong Zoho and Deluge fundamentals, take ownership of your work, and be excited about building a better CRM.
