Connect to your opportunity DIH is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of the infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance, security and compliance. You will be working closely with the Infrastructure Expert and other technical teams to deliver infrastructure changes, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, maintain service reliability and continual service improvements of the DIH infrastructure environment. Proactivity and analytical mindset are key in your role to identify the recurring issues, detect any anomaly, alerts or capacity issue and take the ownership end-to-end ensuring the infrastructure resilience and reliability. Maintaining the infrastructure documentations, standard procedures and knowledge articles is very crucial to operate and for audit purposes. You will ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with the approved policies, standards and controls. Your communication skills are key to this role in be able to provide the best User Experience to our End Users. Connect to your skills and professional experience Essentials Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related discipline. 3+ relevant years of experience. Professional experience in enterprise network and infrastructure administration and operations. Experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and SD-WAN including configuration, patching, upgrade, troubleshooting and lifecycle management. Strong knowledge and practical experience with Cisco technologies in routing and switching. Solid understanding of network security, segmentation, VPN and high availability and resilient network. Perform network upgrades, migrations and technology refresh activities with minimal business disruption. Manage Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and related enterprise services. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting problems in a complex environment and drive them through resolution. Maintain network availability, capacity, performance and resilience within the agreed service levels. Experience in working within structured ITIL/ITSM environment performing Incident, Problem, Request and Change management. Collaborate naturally and effectively with technical teams and technology vendors. Continuous learning and improvement mindset and ability to adapt to business needs evolution. Cisco and Palo Alto certifications English language fluency. Desirables Experience in network automation, scripting and infrastructure as a code. Exposure to cloud networking and hybrid-cloud environments. Experience in Windows server and Linux administration. Understanding of virtualization technology such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
