Delivery Transformation Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Transformation Director to drive the successful execution and growth of large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects at top-tier consulting firms. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of our most strategic client engagements whilst shaping and expanding our solution and delivery capabilities.

Job responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex transformation programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Team Leadership and Program Management: Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements.
• Growth and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts. Partner with the sales and solution teams to contribute to proposals, statements of work, and go-to-market strategies.

Job qualifications

Professional Skills

• 15+ years of total professional experience, including 8+ years leading complex project delivery within a management consultancy, technology consulting firm, or digital engineering services company.
• Proven success in leading and delivering multi-million-dollar, multi-year digital transformation programs .
• Demonstrated experience in managing fixed price and outcome based deliveries
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth .
• German (B2/C1) required.
