Delivery Services Business Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Delivery Services Business Manager to establish and lead a new delivery services business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the UAE last-mile delivery and logistics industry, with existing network across major delivery platforms and logistics providers such as Keeta, Careem, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, Amazon, and Aramex. Key Responsibilities Lead the setup and launch of the company's delivery services business. Bring existing industry relationships to establish strategic partnerships and secure business opportunities. Negotiate commercial agreements, service contracts, and vendor partnerships. Build the team and processes Oversee daily operations, service performance, and customer satisfaction. Requirements 5+ years of UAE experience in delivery services, courier operations, last-mile logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment. Proven experience launching, scaling, or managing a delivery services business. Strong network within the UAE delivery and logistics industry. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. Ability to independently build and grow a new business line. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
